Michael’s career began in New York City, where he owned and operated a commercial contracting company for 20 years, followed by 8 years owning a consulting firm. His extensive background spans all facets of construction, including foundations, framing, drywall, HVAC, plumbing, insulation, and fire protection. He has worked on high-rise residential and office buildings, condominiums, multi-family developments, schools, and state and government projects, ensuring compliance and quality at every level.
Known for his commitment to quality assurance, customer satisfaction, safety protocols, and site compliance, Michael brings a meticulous eye to property inspections. His experience in both commercial and residential sectors makes him a trusted resource for clients seeking comprehensive evaluations.
